Go raibh mile maith agat, for all you do agus share... tá brón orm i can not afford to donate or pledge, 😔 ... I am just a little gramma gal, but i pray a lot, 🤗... for all you work... god bless!!
Thank you for all you do Manchán, it is so inspiring. I wish you all the very best with your health and I will look forward to hopefully attending some of your events in Ireland once I relocate home from Australia in May this year.
This year's new book looks incredible, yet again, and I look forward to the 2025 new stage show, very imaginative and very relevant. But right now choices of more time on your land and nurturing a health issue seem to be best ... and I would think no rush to get a show out 2025, as 2026 or even later, if need be, will be just fine.
For someone who is taking some time out for their health, you still have a lot on this year! I am delighted to keep in touch with your work here on Substack though. Take care of yourself, sending healing 💕
I am sorry to hear that you have health problems and I hope you quickly gain good health and strength. May I ask who advised you to eat meat for health? Most doctors have no training in nutrition and many ‘nutritionalists’ are heavily influenced by the massive and powerful meat/dairy/egg industries. It is very hard not to be influenced by them in the western world.
Dr Greger is a leading light on nutrition, he bases his knowledge on rigorous, scientific findings. He really goes behind the research in terms of who is funding it, the scientist’s backgrounds, methodologies etc.

I have a good friend who raised a few lovely pigs on his land but he couldn’t put a knife to their throats to kill them. He sent them to a terrifying and painful death in a slaughter house. I’m curious if you will feel able to kill your pigs and hens yourself?
I know we all live with contractions but breeding, farming and using other animals for their flesh, milk, eggs etc would seem to go against a lot of your ecological beliefs and practices? I ask this with genuine curiosity.
I wish you all the best. Good Health and Happiness!
